Paid Trip Guide hefty amount but services were pathetic. They issued my visa just the hours before my flight!! It was a total chaos as I had no idea if I'll be going for umrah on the given date or not. Injury to the wounds was their message that my visa has been rejected. I had to run Tasheer for biometrics one more time. In an hour I got my visa! Strange? Then, they took extra 15k rupees for processing my visa again! When I asked them to send me an email, they kept saying, "yea, we are finding that email, don't worry." However, in the end they were like there's no email since visa rejection does not happen in email! But I was told that they'll show me an email if my visa gets rejected. The airlines they booked were worst! Got delayed twice! Despite taking substantial money, trip guide did not accommodate breakfast or dinner. Makkah's hotel (Batoul Ajyad) was a complete nightmare. No cleaning, no water in washroom, and no proper shuttle service. Literally Batoul Ajyad has only one shuttle bus which would be rare to see. You would have to jump to other hotels' bus to reach haram or hotel. There were times when we waited for an hour and eventually had to take a cab!
