Massive letdown, would give zero stars if possible

Recently came from Umrah trip. However, only satisfied with Makkah Ziarats and nothing else! I urge anyone reading this review to ponder 100 times before reaching them out for your... read more umrah trip. Choose another agency or customize your trip since it will cost you less. Paid Trip Guide hefty amount but services were pathetic. They issued my visa just the hours before my flight!! It was a total chaos as I had no idea if I'll be going for umrah on the given date or not. Injury to the wounds was their message that my visa has been rejected. I had to run Tasheer for biometrics one more time. In an hour I got my visa! Strange? Then, they took extra 15k rupees for processing my visa again! When I asked them to send me an email, they kept saying, "yea, we are finding that email, don't worry." However, in the end they were like there's no email since visa rejection does not happen in email! But I was told that they'll show me an email if my visa gets rejected. The airlines they booked were worst! Got delayed twice! Despite taking substantial money, trip guide did not accommodate breakfast or dinner. Makkah's hotel (Batoul Ajyad) was a complete nightmare. No cleaning, no water in washroom, and no proper shuttle service. Literally Batoul Ajyad has only one shuttle bus which would be rare to see. You would have to jump to other hotels' bus to reach haram or hotel. There were times when we waited for an hour and eventually had to take a cab!

Alhamdullilah me and my family did Umrah with Trip guide travel and tours they have provided best services to us , very good hotels walking distance hotels without any issue they offer... read more alot of ziarats including madina, makah, taif, badar and many their best thing is that their coordination is very good, they create whats app groups and always ensure timely ziarat , their team is always available at every ziarat and they offer many guides including Kari saab for Umrah (group leader) and other guides for ziarat and their team will give free water bottles at every ziarat finally the unique thing they offer is that before going to saudi they will give you complete presentation and travel guide at their karachi office
